Shutter Speed affecting images

With this one the shutter speed was 2 sec. so it could catch any action and in this case it was capturing walking. If the shutter speed was different then the image might of not caught the action.

This is like the one above, but his arms are doing the action while the shutter speed was at 2 sec. making the arms disappear. If the shutter speed was different it could possibly not have given us the allusion with his arms.
